Citizens’ office without an appointment? That’s right.

The Citizens’ Office will stop by the ICC and invite all citizens to exchange ideas about the work of the Citizens’ Office and give feedback on site from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Attention, you have to book a ticket for the ICC – free of charge).

On site, all citizens’ office services are offered without an appointment. For example:

·        Passport and ID card matters (passport, identity card, temporary identity card, etc. ..)
·        Registrations and changes of registrations
·        Driving licence matters (all driving licence applications)
·        Certificate of good conduct and extract from the Central Trade Register
·        Registration certificates
·        Information on the population register
