More safety, less traffic: “Xhain calms down” ! As part of the district traffic calming concept, new school zones are being created – places to play, learn and take a deep breath.
In September, the streets at several planned locations were temporarily blocked and thus experienced as a school zone: car-free and safer. The Kiezlabor team was present at the participation events of the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district office and, together with students, brought wishes and concerns to the streets – with chalk, tape and AI support.
